Ten years of local pride

Planet Tooting

Celebrating the people, food, music, markets and memories that make Tooting one of London’s most vibrant places to live.

Community heroes

Wonderful people

What a joy its been to celebrate ‘Planet Tooting’ over the last ten years! I love this place and its wonderful people, who have come here from every corner of the world to make this one of the most exciting, vibrant and supportive places anyone could wish to live. Sadiq Khan nominated me as one of his original Tooting Community Heroes and I’m dedicated to promoting both its history and the incredible things that happen here right now.
